SeaTac Models (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates seatacmodels.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from this site, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
When you place an order: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are entered directly into a secure form provided by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
When you start checkout but don’t finish it: if you enter your email address at checkout but don’t complete the order, we may save that email and send you a follow-up reminder about your cart. You can opt out of these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link they contain.
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
When you browse the site: standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on this site.
Cookies
We use cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to function (so the site remembers what’s in your cart as you browse). We also use a cookie-consent tool to let you control non-essential cookies. Embedded content from Instagram and YouTube on some pages may set their own cookies when it loads — that’s controlled by those platforms, not us.
Who we share information with
- Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your card data.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
- Our website host and email delivery provider — process data as needed to run the site and send order emails.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep your information
We keep order information for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty/support purposes. If you contact us and don’t place an order, we keep that message only as long as needed to respond to you.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (except where we’re required to keep order records for legal/tax reasons). To make a request, email us at seij0604@icloud.com.
